The Custom Home Process

Establish your building site. Middlehouse is a custom home builder that builds on your land. Middlehouse sometimes has spot lots available to select from. You can find those under Available Lots. 

Select your house plan. Middlehouse builds your house plan. Plans can be found online, designed by your selected architect, or Middlehouse has in-house designers as well. 

Specifications and options meeting. Have a meeting with a Middlehouse contractor and Middlehouse's realtor, Joanna Keskitalo to go through all selections and finishes of the home. 

Once building site, house plan and all selections are made, Middlehouse will give a full proposed price within 2 weeks. 

Sign the building agreements. 

At key stages during construction, you will be asked to meet with us at your home site for important approvals. You will also meet with subcontractors and suppliers for creating all your selections. You will be in close communications with a Middlehouse onsite project supervisor.
